Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Korrali service, the korrali.com website, and any related software or content. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Korrali is a software-as-a-service platform that helps companies respond to security, privacy, and AI governance questionnaires by drafting grounded answers from their knowledge base. Korrali is operated by Korrali LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us at security@korrali.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Korrali to violate applicable law, infringe intellectual property, or harm others.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass usage limits or security controls.
- Submit content you do not have the right to process (e.g., third-party confidential information).
- Use Korrali outputs as legal advice or as a substitute for qualified counsel.
4. Generated content and disclaimers
Answers, policies, and documentation produced by Korrali are drafting aids generated from your knowledge base and large language models. They are starting points for human review, not finished work product. Korrali does not certify compliance with any law, framework, or audit standard. Have qualified professionals (legal counsel, compliance officers, auditors) review outputs before relying on them.
5. Your content
You retain all rights to the data you upload (knowledge base, questionnaires, generated answers you approve). You grant Korrali a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to provide the service. We do not use your content to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy.
6. Fees and payment
Pricing is shown on the pricing page. Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle, which collects and remits applicable taxes. Founding-cohort lifetime pricing means the rate you sign up at does not change for the lifetime of an active subscription, subject to these terms.
7. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer pro-rated refunds for service failures attributable to Korrali but do not offer general refunds. Contact hello@korrali.com for questions.
8. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Korrali is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis during early access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Korrali LLC's total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Korrali is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages — including lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify Korrali LLC against claims arising from your misuse of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach of these terms, for non-payment, or where required by law. You may terminate by deleting your account at any time. Upon termination, your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Wyoming, unless local consumer-protection laws give you stronger rights.
13. Changes
We may update these terms when our practices change. Material changes will be communicated by email to active customers at least 14 days before they take effect.
