Generate answers and exports require a paid plan.
Will the price go up later?
No. $299/mo Pro and $499/mo Growth are our real, permanent prices — not a limited-time or early-adopter rate. We're not raising them later and there are no anniversary increases or module upcharges as the platform expands.
What is the AI trust workspace?
The AI trust workspace is the Growth tier: questionnaire automation, an AI governance policy pack (six documentation templates), and a public trust page you can share with enterprise prospects. Add your company facts once to the knowledge base — Korrali generates answers, governance docs, and trust page content from those same facts.
Are the governance documents legally binding policies?
No. Generated documents are templates intended as a starting point — not legal advice. Have qualified counsel review before relying on them. Korrali drafts; your team reviews and approves.
What about volume — am I billed per questionnaire?
No. All plans are flat monthly subscriptions. We monitor usage; if you become an outlier (think hundreds of long questionnaires per month) we'll have a friendly conversation, not auto-bill you.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Pro is available annually at $2,990/year and Growth at $4,990/year — both two months free versus monthly. Enterprise is handled founder-to-founder via Calendly.
Do you sell outside the US/EU/UK?
Yes. Stripe handles VAT/GST/sales tax collection for supported countries. Billing is in USD.
What does cancellation look like?
Monthly subscription, cancel any time from the billing page. Your data is exported on request and deleted within 30 days.
